To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 21 days from when we send it out to you. (the date shown on your “your item(s) are on their way” email will be the start of the 21 days)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged or in the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line being “Returns – Exchange – Wrong size” or “Returns – Exchange – Damaged” or “Returns – Exchange – Defective”. Please remember to add your order number ref number on the email and if damaged please provide us with photos of the damaged area.

Full Refunds (if applicable)
If you wish for a full refund, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line being “Returns – Refund – Wrong size” or “Returns – Refund – Damaged” or “Returns – Refund – Defective”.. Please remember to add your order ref number on the email and if damaged please provide us with photos of the damaged area.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you if we approve or reject your claim for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within up to 10 working days from the date we approved the refund.
